On the ground floor, recovered from the ancient stables of the Masseria, the space develops into a large room: large living room with large fireplace, a bar kitchen complete with everything, two internal rooms with a large bathroom and an alcove fireplace with a double bed . |

Inside the ancient walls that divide the farm from the outdoor countryside we find a large outdoor square with lawn and walks in local stone surrounded by domus-style verandas with access to the rooms and divided by ancient "iazzi" spaces once used for animal care of masseria.
