Weekend Yoga Retreat
The weekend revolves around the instructor figure of Frédéric Cabaz he works as Qi Gong teacher and Body-Mind therapist for over two decades. Learning various methods such as Rolfing, Hellerwork, Iyengar Yoga and Cranio-sacral therapy, he combined them in his practice to developed InMovement Therapy a blend of manual physical therapy and physical exercises to help his patient redevelop their inner strength, their Chi (internal energy). Your weekend will include a combination of yoga classes and Qi Gong InMovement. The morning sessions will start breathing exercises with gentle stretching building gradually practice suitable for most of the ability. Lovely massages and other individual treatments available during the free-time. Here the land release good energy that turns into calm and serenity to anyone who stays there for a while listening to the nature to follow yourself walk, read, or play acoustic music.
